- Arrange for removal of existing equipment if required
- Provide accommodation/facilities for installers (for extended projects)
- Ensure building structure can support equipment
Our Responsibilities:
- Professional installation by certified technicians
- Compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Proper configuration and testing
- Clean-up of installation areas
- Documentation and handover
7.2 Installation Timeline
- Installation schedules are agreed in advance
- Delays by customer may result in rescheduling fees
- We reserve the right to adjust schedules due to weather, supply, or unforeseen circumstances
- Significant customer-caused delays may result in price adjustments
7.3 Changes During Installation
- Changes to scope during installation must be approved in writing

8. Warranties and Guarantees

- Payment due for work completed and materials supplied
- Restocking fees may apply for ordered equipment
- Minimum 30% of contract value charged
13.2 Company Cancellation
We may cancel or terminate if:

- Payment is not received as agreed
- Customer fails to provide access or cooperation
- Site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable
- Work is illegal or prohibited by authorities
- Circumstances make performance impossible
13.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments become immediately due
- Equipment and materials remain our property until paid
- We may remove equipment if not fully paid

14. Confidentiality

- Site details and security arrangements
- Business information

14.2 Customer Obligations
You will maintain confidentiality of:
